Gentle Yoga with Cats! This one-hour self-care program features gentle movements and stretches to help you unwind, followed by soothing guided meditation led by Jennifer King, RYT. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting out, all levels are welcome!
*Please arrive 15 min. early and bring a yoga mat and socks*
